BF6 packet loss issue ( 3 boxes network) issue

I bought bf6 from steam this winter sale as i was very much excited to play it .When i bought it the first match was with bots which was ok but the matches after in multiplayer like all of them not a single one them was alright. I was constantly lagging in the game with 3 boxes appearing on top left screen which is most probably packet loss which is very annoying , my hits dont register , i walk slow etc ,etc. i am from India, West bengal , idk if the matches are connecting to other regions but is there any way i can connect to the nearest region like asia or austrillia or EU , there is no way that i know which can help me fix this annoying issue or any way to change the region . I do not expect to play a game which is unplayable and the fact i payed 2700 inr ($30) to play it is frustrating. please EA or DICE add a region selector in the next update like as fast as you can . PLEASE ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS HELP ME CUZ AFTER THE VACATION I WILL GET NO TIME TO PLAY ASAP PLSS.  If any devs want to help me pls do or any other player who can help me from this 🙁.

Keep in mind i can not use VPN or anything . i have a very good net 150mbs and low latency in every game i played , bf6 is the one having problem pls consider helping me
