Ran into the same issue. Missing a good chunk of skins of the instant unlock category. Sent in a support ticket, was told that they "can't give skins but should appear when I restart my Battlefield." Game restarted, stuff still missing. Re-opened ticket, hoping someone does something.
Same is so ridiculous I don't think I am ever buying a battle pass again is like 25 bucks and not receiving not even the instant unlocks is wild
