I got a new pc.... way more powerfull then my previous one that was already above recomended specs... i dont get the latency warning anymore.

The advertised pc requirements are wrong!

I have a feeling your are correct
I believe my 3060 ti is a part of the problem, not the only issue, but certainly part of the issue. 100 plus fps should feel good but so many times it feels like it is running at far lower fps.
Couldn't bring myself to spend money just for this game (it has so many other issues) and I wouldn't pay todays GPU prices.
