BFC to unlock tiers = Not always working!!

So, since I was busy with not gaming and I wanted to unlock some things quickly I decided to buy 13000 BFC... but as I started to unlock tiers, I noticed it didn't always registrer the unlock, but it did take my BFC.

Advance Tier isn't unlocked, BFC spent though...
