I found a solution, maybe it works for you too:
1. Deinstall the Nvida App + PhysX
2. Download the driver manually without the app
3. Do a custom installation and deselect PhysX and select a clean install (do not install the nvida app again)
4. If ur CPU is strong enough (my 9 9950X3D can handle this with ease, seems like a 7 5700X3D can also easily do that.), go to the Nvidia control panel and let the processor handle the PhysX Stuff. (Revert is you run into issues, seems not necessary for everyone.)
5. Optional: Download the Javelin AntiCheat manually, delete the old file, put the new file in their, run it as administrator, uninstall all and then reinstall it.
6. Restart the PC
