Black screen when joining a match

I'm based in UAE and this issue just started today, the game logs in normally after finding a match the game freezes on a black screen with just background audio. no idea what's causing it. tried multiple things such as updating Windows and GPU, removing any VPN, using game default settings, repairing Javelin anti cheat software, verifying files integrity, re-installing the game but nothing solved the issue. managed to get a way around it by using a VPN. still sucks can't play on my region with low ping. if anyone from EA could see this or anybody who might have a solution other than VPN that would be awesome.
