Bought Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition on XBOX Series X still showing as Standard
Hey everyone, hoping someone from EA or the community can help me out here.
I bought the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition on my Xbox Series X through the Xbox app, but when I launch the game it only shows the Standard Edition and the Phantom content still says "Buy" instead of "Owned".
I confirmed with Microsoft that my purchase went through and it shows as owned in my Xbox account. So this looks like a license or entitlement sync issue between Xbox and EA's servers.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Reinstalled the game
- Signed out and back into both EA and Xbox accounts
- Verified the purchase with Microsoft
- Everything checks out on their end, so it seems the problem is on EA's side.
