Buying two games on different platforms

Hi, I bought the Phantom Edition for Xbox Series X in August before its release, and now that I've bought a new computer, I'd like to buy Battlefield 6 on Steam. I've already purchased the standard edition, and now I'm not sure if the Phantom Edition content will also be available on Steam? It would be a bit disappointing if I couldn't use it. The very fact that I had to buy it twice is already giving me a headache.
