Campaign CONNECTION LOST

Was able to play the campaign this morning. Issue appears fixed now. 

Communication from EA would have been good, something to think about for next time. 

Im getting that notorious  UNDEFINE ERROR 86001S crap again 

Multiplayer is not working on myside

Having same issue as well. I did all the above as well as clear cache and rebuild data base for the ps5. This was like 2 days ago. When the updates came the system and the game were working fine. I even sent a complaint of thank you for fixing it. Then i goto play the game for mission 4. Leave it there, goto my wife's uncle house to visit relatives, come back, THE GAME ISNT EVEN WORKING AGAIN?! Like WTF EA??? We are spending crazy amount of money to get this to work by even upgrading out internet to gamer plan which cost a lot of money. 

By the way your not gonna take this down because im just giving out important info right?? 

We paid 360k Indonesia rupee for 3 months. Which will cost 1,080,000k rupee ($120) to try and get better connected to BF6.

That's what me and my wife discussed and its turning out to be a waste of money. We cant get refunds for this because of different country way of doing things.

Same here, I was 70% of the way through the final mission when the update dropped, cutting my connection and I cannot get it to restore. Have done every single tip and trick to fix it, from rolling back and reinstalling drivers, to unplugging everything but a keyboard and no luck. Also zero acknowledgement from EA anywhere regarding this issue

Same issue on PC - Steam. Users are blocked from playing the campaign. 

When launching the campaign on PC, user gets stuck in a "Connection Lost" message loop. 

Reproduction Steps:

1. Launch BF6 and proceed to the main menu
2. Verify you are connected to EA Services by pressing the "Caps Lock" key or clicking the friends icon on the right hand side of the screen. 
3. Return to the title screen and select "Campaign" 
4. Select any difficulty
5. Once the campaign launches, observe the "Connection Lost" mesage due to a timeout. 
6. Press "Retry connection" and observe the same message persists no matter how many times you retry. 

Multiplayer works fine. 

Same issue, shame because I was really enjoying the campaign and couldn’t care less abt a battle pass :(
