Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

I was excited for portal, want to try newly created Experiences, until met with this freaking error! I'm disappointed, what's the point of portal if you can't paly your own Experiences. Get more ...

    So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

I've been trying to host one for an hour now...ate an entire bag of skinny-pop while spamming the host button yet i still am not in to play. This is nice, well done!
