I don't think removing ai/bot servers using official game modes is the main problem. It's those who've made blatant EXP farms that aren't actual gameplay. It's just a "spawn, kill, rank up your gear" thing. There's not even any game to play! They're custom matches with one spawn point right in the middle of a fight, farming kills.
There are literally hundreds of them and many are duplicates by the same people!
Also, people who set their server to persistant and it never gets used again and just sits there after they've stopped playing, don't select that option. Otherwise other people can't load their own server (to test things like custom maps they've created using godot) or join a legitimate server they enjoy.
At the moment no matter what you select it says quota exceeded and it's directly because of the amount of exp farms using up quota.
They either need to expand the amount of server space they have, or police server creation more diligently when being reviewed prior to publishing..
