Since the launch me and my friends and multiple othre people i know have barely been able to play together just as friends, every time we try to start a portal mode to just chill and play around its the same thing of "global game quota exceeded".
Yall knew how HYPED BF6 was and how hyped portal 2.0 was and you guys still didnt think "hey with all the money we have taken from players over the decades why dont we put some of that to ensure we have enough servers for everyone"
Like yall have plans to increase the server space right because portal is litreally unplayable privately currently.
heres a new idea EA, make portal server XP and normal server XP seperate, so everything you do and unlock in portal is exclusive to portal, then have everything you unlock in normal mp exclusive to that, it would deter all the bot farm lobbies and allow poeople to play how they want either against real people or bots without effecting anyone else.

thats a good idea actually. I bought this game for portal only and couldnt care less about multiplayer, so let me play portal how i want to play. Why should i be denied the full game when im not going to be using it against real people anyway. And even if I really have to I can just make a 1 player bot lobby and farm weapon attachments anyway, is that really how they want people to play the game?

I’m really disappointed, but I doubt EA will do anything about it. Only after those people get everything they want will they finally leave portal, and maybe then PvE players can have a normal experience. But once the next PASS released, the whole thing will just start all over again.😶

I actually support that idea, portal XP should definitely be separate from normal multiplayer. However, I’d suggest making it one-way compatible: weapons and gear unlocked in multiplayer could also be available in portal, but not the other way around. That way, portal remains its own sandbox experience without hurting the balance in regular matches, while still giving players more flexibility and reasons to play both modes. The key point is, this would completely shut down those XP farming servers — most of them aren’t even portal players (or PVE lovers), they kill bots only to unlock those weapons in multiplayer, yet they’ve ruined the experience for everyone else.
