Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

I was excited for portal, want to try newly created Experiences, until met with this freaking error! I'm disappointed, what's the point of portal if you can't paly your own Experiences. Get more ...

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

I have had the same problem for three days. Same message "Quota Exceeded Error" I thought the update might have sorted but no.

Another issue I have had is during loading only half the party gets loaded in and the others are left out, that includes me who's hosting - so how doe's that work/Not

Please EA sort this out ASAP. A lot of pi---- off players.
