So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!
Campaign is **bleep**, portal is **bleep**, resec who cares!
I want to start by saying I like the game, it's great and Its only a week old. BUT the portal system is a mess. BUY MORE SERVERS. We gave you $70 to $100 each you need to fix the issue. I can't play any of my portals because the servers are full, well, I've been waiting and 2 days later still can't. I was able to get ONE of my servers going after figuring out you can't mess with the player count of the game breaks and won't launch because the game mode requires a certain amount of players... I wonder why changing the player count is even an option in the first place. My intention with messing with the player count was to have a low number of players vs bots but that's a separate issue.
The current state of portal is a disaster. It's a cool concept, and I really want to play on my custom game mode. But for the past 2 days I can't host any servers. I'm getting the "Global Game Quota Exceeded" pop up every single time even though before that I never got the popup 1 time even though I saw others complaining about it. Now It's happening to me and I honestly think it's a bug. There's no way for the past 48 hours I haven't been able to successfully host a server ONE TIME. I'm starting to think I'm flagged or something.
If the servers really are overloaded, EA might want to think about going through and deleting the hundreds of thousands of random, empty bot servers. Maybe introduce a 24 hour period where we can have a server active, after that it gets deleted. It is extremely frustrating not being able to host a server. I understand its a new game, but surely you guys made a killing selling all those copies. The least you could do to alleviate the server bloating is to just get more servers. You owe it to us. Please do the right thing and take a 1% pay cut and fix your **bleep** game.
Hell I would be willing to take on the cost as the consumer for more servers, just charge like $10 a month to use portal.

This is so annoying because I spend literal weeks building a coop game mode only to not be able to play it with my friends because I can’t start a simple 8 person server (or even less) and then they return the game for a refund because it doesn’t work. EA/DICE fix this issue please. I see so many empty servers or servers that are just spawning people in backwards to be mowed down for what ever reason. Let make the whole « community experience » actually a playable experience where really cool game modes can be made, or whole storylines written. It’s the only reason I buy bf games is to play with friend with tactics. I don’t care if it takes for ever to unlock things, I don’t need it. Just let me host a game that my friends can join.
💯 We paid a hundred **bleep** dollars for these features (and while I understand the gam is flooded right now) we PAID to be able to use the features and they need to have the capability to support them
Agreed, they need to build more servers if that’s even a possibility. They might be to capacity
