Not sure if this is best place to post this. I created a portal server and I am having a hard time starting it. Keep getting the message global game quota exceeded, game servers are at max capacity. I have it set to fill with bots.
Don't believe it to be a server issue since I can start up a regular multiplayer match just fine. To get in, I just keep clicking the host button until it does let me in. Have the phantom edition if that makes any difference.
Lol imagine this still being an issue more than 2 months later and not being able to host your own servers despite their promises. Oh look they're ignoring us over there too, no real communication.
