Cannot make 100 player battle Royale in portal.

I tried making hardcore battle Royale and in order to make it 100 players, it said I need BF6 PRO, which is BS but today I finally gave up and got it.  

So I went back to portal to try again and it STILL says I need bf6 pro.  I need a refund.  There used to be an option to actually chat with an ea support rep.  What happened to that???
