Can't get passed opening cinematic

Purchased game yesterday. Downloaded on steam put computer into secure boot, Made sure tpm2.0 was setup right, made sure CSM was off. I have gone thru all the troubleshooting steps and I cannot get past the opening cinematic. I open my Event viewer it says that javelin is engaging in the system properly but the application isnt showing up with any errors in the application log. It doesnt even know im trying to launch it. I've Uninstalled it and redownloaded it multiple times. I always get the same result. It isnt on my side.

System is 9070xt and 9800x3d
