Can't launch BF6 After UPDATE 1.2.3.0

Todays BF6 update on 14th April 2026, is crashing on the EA anticheat launch

The game worked fine this morning before the update, tried repairing EA anticheat, and repairing BF6, updating GPU drivers, bios update etc, nothing works

I'm using the EA app (not Steam) incase that is the problem

Event viewer shows errors with a source of EA Javelin Anticheat when I try and launch BF6, with the details showing an error of "The game bf6.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000604"

I could play earlier this morning before the update, now it just crashes

literally haven't gotten any new updated/ game is still on the latest version and still getting same error when trying to launch the game, tried all the above workarounds but doesn't do anything, i would like to play the game.

This worked for about 5mins of a match, then crashed out again.

EA App PC...
same problem, disconnects after few minutes ingame. When I reconnected later to the same game someone made 5 kills for me because I got a 5 kill streak message lol ... and disconnected me again.

The approximate time for the error to occur is between 40 seconds and two minutes.

same here. XBOX and Playstation Teams maynbe not involved. In Every Match the PC gamer complete new.

The game keeps crashing every five minutes on my PC. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.

Finally got it working

It seems on my machine it doesn't like the inbuilt Microsoft security features, I went into Security Features, then Exploit Protection add bf6.exe to program settings and turned everything off bar Arbitrary Code Guard

Rebooted, and then the game finally launched

As the update stopped the game launching, and I hadn't changed any system settings since the game worked earlier in the day before the update, it wasn't the first thing on my list to change

None of these worked....

Workaround: Give these sps a quick try before posting the information to see if you can get in.
Ran EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe from the game folder and repaired the anticheat.
Updated the drivers
Verified the integrity of game files again.
Changing Page File Fix
