I've completed two weapon challenges, one for AR and the carbine but the guns themselves are locked and I can't use them, been like this since Wednesday and I can't seem to find a solution,
I've even tried to contact EA through support and that seems to be bugged
has there been a fix to this I’ve done the kts challenge and it’s still locked but the m240l is unlocked
I received the following reply from EA Help about this issue:

From now on, the status of your case will be Solved. If you have any questions about this or any future issue, you can reopen or create a new case. However, I would request you to please load up a dedicated feature mode. When the map loads, the challenges and assignments will correct. Then you can check and see that rewards have been unlocked. been having this issue for going on 5 days now.
3 wepaons, 7 charecter skins, 4 equipment all locked. challange completed but all items locked
Same issue, I’m on PS5. EA Help told me to “Load up a dedicated feature mode. Once the map loads, the challenges and assignments should correct themselves. You can then check and confirm the unlocked items and rewards while in that mode.” But didn’t work. Frustrating game
I did not get the red Stum / Assault badge after completing the Assault Class Tier 3 Mission.
But i´ve got the Vorhut / Vanguard title

I have this issue with the kord and qbz. Tried everything.
Same problem, restarted, cleared cache, played so many games across all modes and nothing.
I have the same issue and of course when I reached out to ea support they marked it as unresolvable and told me to try to keep restarting my game despite me explicitly saying in the ticket I have tried that numerous times.
Edit: I am having this issue with the KTS100 (weird because I have the M240L) and the QBZ-102.
