Subject: Account disabled after connection error (false positive ban)
Hello,
Yesterday, while playing Battlefield 6 through Steam, my game suddenly crashed with the message "Connection failed" (error code: 1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0B).
I tried reconnecting a few times, but after several attempts I received:
"Your account has been disabled. The activity on this account has violated EA’s User Agreement."
I have never used any third-party software, cheats, or exploits. I had just purchased the game (about $103) and only played 4–5 matches before this happened.
From what I’ve seen on the EA forums, this seems to be a known issue where accounts are incorrectly flagged after repeated connection retries or crashes.
Could you please review my case and reactivate my account? I can provide my Steam purchase receipt if needed.

Had to make a second account to reply. But same here, EA Account permanently banned (rule violation). Just bought the game and made an account, played for couple hours and then i was banned when i was going to log in to play again
