please do that asap most of us havent been able to play the game since launch, my ticket also couldnt get through even after 30 hours.

Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible — it’s been more than a day since the release, and I still can’t play.

I had planned to spend the whole weekend playing and gaining experience, but instead I’m just trying one solution after another in the hope that something works — so far, nothing has.

I also noticed that players who couldn’t log in immediately after the release received bonuses. I want to believe that those of us affected by this specific issue will also get some reward — after all, it’s been over a day since the release and we still can’t even complete the campaign.

Thank and I hope this can be fixed soon, it’s been over a day and I haven’t been able to play the game that I preorder yet. Very sad. I’m glad to help providing any extra information that may be helpful to fix this asap though.

I don't have much to add other than I've been having this issue since launch also. Hopefully it's fixed soon, it'd be crazy to not be able to play the entirety of launch weekend.
