Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

I've been having the same error code since the first hour of playing. I couldn't play yesterday, the day the game launched. Restarting the router, reinstalling the game, or reinstalling Windows 11 didn't help. I found a solution: using Warp 1.1.1.1. The game started launching correctly for me and I've been playing for 10 hours now. My ping hasn't increased. But I'm afraid I might get banned for this. I just want to play the game I bought. I hope EA will solve this problem, because yesterday I ruined my evening.
