Hey folks!
Thanks for all your additional information and traceroutes.
Unfortunately, it's not that easy to get to the bottom of this. What's also possible here is that your IP or DNS might be hidden, and that prevents our game services from identifying and granting access.
Do you know if this could be the case here and that you've made some changes to your connection like that in the past?

EA_Vendcera Negative captain , I personally haven’t touched my Internet settings between release, the first 2 days when I could play, and the Sunday evening when I apparently lost authentication/access. My internet also works fine on other games and I’ve only bought the game on steam. Most if not all troubleshooting methods seem to point to your services being the issue , aside from those who could just unplug a stray usb and get access

EA_Vendcera Error code 1:85009S
On release did not have it for the first 2 hours, this is something with the anti-cheat. People were able to play for a few hours then it started to happen each 5 mins of opening the game(dont even need to start a match). Everyone who reinstalled windows formatting their disk, fixed it. But we can't do that since it will start happening again when we start installing other things... - 5 months ago
Nope, first two days was smooth and no problems, except time nudge issue, but for some reason it's just starts to disconnecting after 60 seconds even in the lobby.

EA_Vendcera Was the beta test conducted on the same servers as the release version? The beta test went great for me and I didn't experience any issues at all.
It seems that the connection to the servers is either thrown to the wrong region entry point of the Amazon servers, after which a long route for traffic begins and the server disconnects due to a timeout, or the client somehow affects the network adapter or its drivers, which leads to short-term but frequent interruptions of traffic

Hi, EA_Vendcera EA_Vendcera, thanks for getting back to us!
I haven’t made any changes like that.
- No VPN or proxy is running.
- DNS is set to my ISP’s default.
- I even tested with a dedicated static public IP from my provider — same result.
Only Cloudflare WARP allows the game to connect normally, which suggests it’s a routing issue rather than something local.

Hello EA_Vendcera , I haven't changed anything in my IP or DNS settings. Everything was fine in the beta, and I had no connection issues.
A VPN helps connect, but it doesn't solve the problem. I haven't tried playing with it, but I'm sure the game will crash or have ping issues. I've already issued a refund, but I'd like to see a solution so I can repurchase. - HutsulSouls5 months agoRising Novice
During beta had no issues with connection to servers and nothing changed since then on my side, but can't connect anymore.

No, the developers aren’t in a hurry to fix it. They’d rather gaslight players into thinking something’s wrong with their hardware than actually try to solve the problem.

Had nothing changed during the first connection tries, all the same as was in BETA (which was working perfectly), same setup. After a few days of getting a connection error changed DNS to google one 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 - it didn't help, I tried WARP and 1.1.1.1 it also didn't help. It's the first time I do something connected with DNS. And I don't use VPN.
All other EA games are working fine like Skate., F1 25 with no connection problems including with all these DNS changes and without it.
