Interesting thing. It won't launch on PC, but on PS5, with the same Wi-Fi, everything works. It's free now, so I downloaded it and it worked. What's EA's problem?

FYI - for those still waiting for a fix. After submitting my traceroute details to this thread, the problem has been fixed 2 days later. I am based in London, so it was probably easier to resolve.
While I waited for the "fix" I used Cloudflare Warp. Oh, online dropped, why do we need to fix a bug that other games fixed in 3 days? that's right, why launch 150,000 thousand people online who have not upgraded the battle pass? We will open a free weekend. PAROLYMPIANS ON DEVELOPERS GO AHEAD!

As a BF fan all over 15 years I've seen all kind of bad starts. But this one is the worst start of all BF series! I suggest to send them a traceroutes via myaccount.ea.com tech support message ON A DAILY BASIS until they notices this issue! If there will be hundreds of messages about this problem in their support system maybe they start to do something! Because this method with forum doesn't work apparently. They don't give a flying **bleep** about our posts here!

simple solution
buy a game on steamwrite a bad review
refund
make them notice with your dissatisfaction.
they might do something about it if the game for 70€ doesn't even work after months.

I don't think they're in any rush to fix this issue. The majority of players are playing, so they're in no rush.
It's a shame...and the game was released on October 10.2025 -_-

You're discussing something that will not help you, is not the issue and is just wasting your time.
Simply put, yeah.. your ISP is ALMOST the problem. But the thing that is preventing us all from playing is that the physical routes our ISP are using can't reach the servers of EA.
That is not something you can fix, not at all.So, there is not need keep discussing it as if we are the problem.. EA is the problem. We all could play during the beta, now we can't
Also, ip addresses, dns, NAT, those have nothing to do with it.
Speaking of it.. being behind a CGNAT can't even be the problem when you think about it, half of us have tried using mobile data to play and it works and probably all mobile data has CGNAT.
EA can fix this in truth, but in reality they probably can't or don't care.
