And how could we make them work on it?

Each time I contacted them, support was fast and really kind, but I don't feel they are working on the issue tbh...I work for the industry, and when there is an issue, the devs notify CS so they have an answer to inquiries about it, "we are working on it", etc., anything. But each time I contacted them it did not seem like they were aware of the issue. Even when I contacted them today I was told "so this is still happening?"....if they are following the issue, they should know this is not fixed yet. That really confused me....
Support is great, but I don't think the devs are really working on this 😅
4 days without any further communication, EA are you insane??? That's how you treat people who pay you money? Why the hell should we just sit and wait when you're fixing other things but not even spoke a word about this global issue thousands of player are having?
Lots of people have been trying to fix this by themselves which made the counter of hours go up to 2-3 hours and makes refunds impossible, so we have no other way than just hope you solve this asap and this is how you behave??- Mylittleprony6 months agoNew Veteran
Im going to work so have no time to try this, can someone give this a try and report back pls:
This can help solve connection problems you might have after upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. It can also help to fix the problem where you can connect to the internet but can't connect to shared network drives. Network reset removes any network adapters you have installed and the settings for them. After your PC restarts, any network adapters are reinstalled, and the settings for them are set to the defaults.
- Select the Start button, then enter settings. Select Settings > Network & internet
- On Windows 11, select Advanced network settings > Network reset.
- On Windows 10, select Status > Network reset.
- On the Network reset screen, select Reset now > Yes to confirm.
- Wait for your PC to restart and see if that fixes the problem.
Notes:
- After using network reset, you might need to reinstall and set up other networking software you might be using, such as VPN client software or virtual switches from Hyper‑V (if you're using that or other network virtualization software).
- Network reset might set each one of your known network connections to a public network profile. In a public network profile, your PC is not discoverable to other PCs and devices on the network, which can help make your PC more secure.
- Select the Start button, then enter settings. Select Settings > Network & internet

it happens EXACTLY 5 minutes after you find a match, not even a second later, always 5 minutes 0 seconds....there is something running 5 minutes after you join a match that kicks you out...devs should know what the app does 5 mins after finding a match....
