Hello again,
I have wrote to EA_Vendcera but got no response for 4 days. I am attaching my troubleshooting.txt file to be reviewed. Today, as usual while playing with Cloudflare Warp I had much lag that timed out and kicked me several matches. Then I used another VPN (Surfshark) and got same errors. I wonder when this issue will be solved. I know, this is an unexpected and unfamiliar bug or smt but it need to be fixed as soon as possible. As a pre ordered and credit buyer player, it really felt like EA has abandoned their player. I await a resolution asap. Thanks.

cloudfare warp doesnt work for me...VPN works on ExpressVPN but i get kicked either during my first game or def during my second.

An update of 'this is what we believe the issue is, we can't fix it atm' would be better than silence!
I've seen other threads/as well as my own where its just gone dark, zero replies to our issue.

I've played hundreds of games, but this is the first time I've been able to play the beta but not the full game, that's a shame

It's almost been three months. I really enjoy this game when I can play it, but those moments are few and far between. I have been unable to get into the game for the last three weeks.

This is simply ridiculous.
Shame on the EA team.People bought the game and haven't been able to play it properly since release.
And everyone's silent and constantly responding with boilerplate answers. The team is aware of this and is working on it.
It's simply ridiculous.
When will we be able to properly play the game we paid for?

I am getting the same error message as well. I bought the game on PS5 and am playing it there with no problem. I had also played the open Beta on both my PC and PS5 with no issues. I downloaded REDSEC on my PC and now I get the error message. Again, everything works fine on my PS5, just not on my PC. This is a major inconvience as I was going to purchase the game for PC as well so I can play on either platform depending on where in the house I am. I spoke with a EA customer service rep via chat and they told me it was a known issue that they are working on but there is no known solution. When I told them I wanted to buy the full game on PC to compliment my PS5 purchase, they simply told me that wouldn't be a good idea and I shouldn't spend the money which seemed really odd to me!
