if you contact them on the live chat that's what they say, they have been saying that since day 1 to me.

Still no updates and getting this error

They don't give us any much choice with this lack of communication than write appropriate review on your Stea/EPIC/EA App whatever. If politenes is not working maybe they need a shock therapy to get going.... it is all good with all the content updates prior to Season 1 but what is the point when a huge amount of people can't even start the game....

Found a fix that works for me, for anyone who uninstall the campain, reinstall everything and the game will stop dc mid game

nop, that did not work for me. it is a problem on their side, they even admitted it. If you fixed your issue with that, you had no connections issues but something else. Glad for you tho.
