Since this happened to me i looked over many forums and there are so many people with the same issue its insane.
The fact is people who just launch the game and get their account disabled should tell EA that their Kernel Anti-cheat is not working right and is flagging people incorrectly.
And on top of that, the fact that Your EA Penalty page has no Violations yet in the Download EA data there is a Penalty is so wrong on so many levels due to the fact that you cant even Appeal the issue because of that.
