Same here. Played already 12h on my steam. Today got disconnected and same message as yours. Nothing in bans, so i cant appeal, only in user_data see the same message "COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE", whatever that means. Can any Moderator help and tell us how can we appeal if the ban doesn't appear in the account site? When i try to do it through formular and choose ban appeal it redirects to the EA Help and send nothing.
I just hope 100 euros don't go down the drain.
