Consistent Step/Frame/CPU/Sim/GPU Spikes Every Five Seconds

I'll update this comment with the things I've tried so far to isolate the issue:

Current PC Setup: NVIDIA, Steam, Discord overlays disabled Signed out of Steam friends list No RivaTuner/Other monitoring software running Neither CPU or GPU are hitting 100% usage, FPS is capped at 138 by NVIDIA Reflex+GSync

I've tried single toggles of:

  • NVIDIA Reflex
  • Fullscreen/Borderless
  • VSync
  • Sharpness filter to 0 vs 50
  • High Fidelity Graphics setting from Low to Ultra
  • Disabling In-game voice chat
  • Reinstalling Audio drivers from ASUS motherboard support site
  • NVIDIA shader cache clearing
  • Excluding BF6 process from being throttled by Windows
  • HAGS and MPO toggle
  • Entering the firing range to press common keys (saw post about anti-cheat causing stutters when keys pressed too fast)
  • DLSS On/Off
  • Frame Gen toggle (dont need it on for 138fps)
  • Disabling all audio enhancements in Windows
  • Disabling Discord noise suppression

I can't figure out what is causing these consistent stutters. It happens every five seconds without fail, sometimes it shows up the very first time I join a match, sometimes it takes hours to appear but once it does the only thing that gets rid of it is relaunching the game to roll the dice again. This messes with gunfights as you can imagine, my PC isn't getting throttled in any way as it can run the game at 138 FPS on any mode, any map.
