Constant Stuttering and spiking B580 Arc Intel

I have a B580 Arc graphics card and a B560M-C motherboard I'm experiencing constant stuttering making it virtually unplayable I've tried messing with resolution and lowering graphics settings and overclocking my gpu. I've looked at countless YouTube videos to fix this issue but nothing is working. I had no problems with battlefield 2042 someone please help. Dice, please optimize this better!
