CPU at max and Lots of latency

This is mainly directed toward the EA management in charge of the technical decisions. and I'll start with, I understand that game development is meant to last and so you're developing for machine of the future to some degree, but not at this cost.

I had to create a user.cfg file to stop my CPU from constantly running at 100%. I also had to put my CPU in game mode via ryzen master software. This has helped gameplay for CQC maps and custom maps but the large maps are terribly riddled with latency issues. I constantly have the stacked rectangle icon up along with the circular arrow with an X icon up on screen. my CPU is also constantly in the red according to the in game performance monitor, even after using the user.cfg file.

I don't have this issue with other games. I know I'm not alone in feeling like I got swindled out of $100.

I am also ticked off that I was forced to enable secure boot which does have very real capability of bricking a machine if not done correctly. If it weren't for the similar bait and switch by windows 11 requirements, I wouldn't have even considered doing it. I made the change, met the specs for both the game and windows 11 and neither one are possible/ working.

This CPU issue needs to be fixed and this latency issue (which is probably the same thing) also needs to be addressed. I meet the specs for this game and shouldn't have to do hours of research and troubleshooting to get sub-par performance.

This has also forced my machine to turn off directly after launching the game and entering a match.

with one exception that is the wifi dongle is this: TP-Link Mini AC600 USB 2.0

Agreed, the fact that we had to research forums for hours to find random members suggest adding a coded .cfg text file to the games subsystems (basically telling it how many processors our cpu has) just to get the game to run somewhat reasonably is absurd.  Literally, the fact no moderator or EA person has weighed in on this issue, which is clearly present enough to warrant countless threads, and takes some sort of consumer programming guru to fix that isn't part of your team, is embarassing....especially when you consider this issue was already pointed out to you in the Beta test.
