Looking at your file, it looks like you’re missing some motherboard drivers, and that can cause instability under CPU/GPU load. The current NVIDIA 581.xx driver is also unstable.
You’ve got stuff missing on MB like
PCI Device Driver: n/a
SM Bus Controller Driver: n/a
RAID Controller Driver: n/a
PCI standard CPU bridge Driver: n/a
Might be worth trying to fix the MB drivers first.
Then do a full clean NVIDIA driver install with DDU:
Boot into Safe Mode
Run DDU and remove NVIDIA drivers
Reboot
Install 552.44 or 557.74 instead of 581.
Also undo any OC, turn off XMP/EXPO temporarily and disable all overlays.
After that, check system stability
Windows Memory Diagnostic
OCCT GPU VRAM test
HWiNFO while gaming to watch temps/power spikes
Hopefully you get it sorted any crashes are frustrating
