Directx Error - Device_Removed - Device Hung

I am running an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT (driver 32.0.23033.1002, March 2026) with an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D, 32GB RAM, and a clean install of Windows 11 Pro (DirectX 12). I have already performed a full Windows reinstall, used DDU to clean and reinstall multiple AMD driver versions, disabled Adrenalin features like Enhanced Sync, verified and reinstalled the game, and ensured no overlays are running. My system passes stress tests without crashing, but Battlefield 6 consistently crashes during gameplay with a DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG / DEVICE_REMOVED DirectX 12 error, often after 4 hours of play.
