dlss bugged

dlss is bugged on my 5070 ti, out of nowhere the games resolution changes and become  this odd ghost trailing fuzzy effect, and it either slows down or speed up, what do i mean, if im playing  and my game slows down it fixes it by either going into the fuzzy mode and fps is restored "or" when in fuzzy mode and it slows down it fixes itself by turning the picture image of screen back to normal to good sharpness, i dont have dynamic resolution on, it almost acts as a very messed up confused version of it though, and either in dlss per, bal, quality i get the same results same fps, bf6 is the "ONLY" game that does this, also my ping is still bugged out and giving me "ONLY" bad matches with lag when in otherr games i have 10 to 20's ping nooooooo not in bf6 its 39 to over 100 with the average is 60 in most matches, all my other games are in perfect shape except bf6 i was gonna buy it after trying it out with ea pro but it looks like although i hate to say it will probably play cod because atleast i can play that at 10 , 20 ms with no glitching graphics and slow downs, in the beta this was the exact same issue i dealt with, battlefield 2042 plays perfectly no dlss oddity's only bf6
