I purchased Battlefield 6 on November 5th and upgraded to Battlefield 6 Pro on November 8th. I have a problem with the Pro Instant Gifts: Some of the items were granted to my account, but several of them were not added, even though the Battle Pass tab shows that all Instant Gifts are unlocked. I already tried every method listed in your support articles and community responses, including relogging, cache clearing, reinstalling, and re-sync steps. After the latest major update, the issue is still not resolved.
Edit : I contacted support. The AI responded. It was just a pointless, canned response, saying "if you've pre-ordered something," etc. It's truly disappointing. We won't be able to access the content we paid for anymore.
