LO-LONGTIMEEE This situation sounds incredibly frustrating, especially given the circumstances. When anyone is banned from the game, CMs cannot help, and the forums are not the right avenue to go through. Bans are not handled here and are only handled through Terms of Service. They cannot always reply immediately, and sometimes it does take a bit of time.

If you have not received a response within the timeframe they provided, you can always reach out to Live Support and request an update.

Sadly, we here have no way to assist with a banned account.

I was also recently banned for the same issue "gameplay enhancement" which left me in shock when I was just playing yesterday night using the same controller i have been using for a while now. I am waiting for a response to my appeal but I have checked the web and it seems this issue is almost never resolved and I am just crumbling inside with all the money and time I spent on my account to be permanetly banned and not even get notified or given details on the specific issue or provide evidence for me to dispute. years of gameplay and large amount of money wasted to a ban. EA has truly did it for me to break down.

mate I got banned for 3days and when I submitted an appeal for that 3days banned and they extended it to 9 days . reason was we are investigating ur case and it takes time :)))))) can u imagine? if u appeal for ur bann. they will extend it
