Son-Of-Mayhem Thanks for the details here. Dropping from around 250 FPS to being stuck around 22 FPS after the game patch and NVIDIA update would make the game feel completely busted, so I get why this is frustrating.
Since you've already reinstalled iCUE, NVIDIA drivers, ASUS software, verified files, and done a fresh pass on the obvious stuff, I’d try narrowing down to the things that commonly get weird after a driver/game update.
Clear the NVIDIA DXCache/shader cache
Check that Battlefield 6 is still using the correct GPU in Windows Graphics settings and NVIDIA Control Panel
Set the BF6 profile back to defaults, then test with Steam/NVIDIA/Discord overlays disabled.
If this started right after the NVIDIA driver update, it may also be worth testing one previous NVIDIA driver version just to see if the FPS cap-like behavior changes.
A couple of things that would help narrow this down: does the game show 22 FPS immediately from the main menu, or only after loading into a match? And when you check GPU usage/clock speed while BF6 is running, is the GPU actually ramping up, or does it look like it is stuck in a low-power state?
Also, I just got a notification that Nvidia has an update. The update shows 610.47. Is this the one you updated to?
