Frequent Disconnects Since Update

Hello,

I play on Xbox Series S and have had no major issues since the game released. Since the last update that introduced Operations mode and the hunter/prey pass however, I am practically unable to play.

I've tried playing multiple Operations matches and roughly halfway through the first sector of the match my game will crash either to the xbox menu or to the BF6 menu with a network disconnection error. I have also left the game idle on the main menu and after a few minutes it once again it will disconnect with the network.

Has anyone else experienced this since the update and if so, any solutions to fix it? Thanks!

  • I have a ps5, same issue is on going but with casual breath through and guanlet. I have restarted my Internet, contacted ISP to see if there is any issue, restarted my console, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it's still happening. I've added a picture of the error

  • Same thing happened to me and is still going on. I'm in a PS5. Are you getting this error message too?

    Did the error message show any extra details or an error code? If yes, is it always the same one?

    You can also try a few basic troubleshooting steps:

    • Restart your Xbox to clear the cache
    • Restart your router
    • Try a different network, such as a mobile hotspot
    • Try using a different DNS
