Did you do that?
1-On the game main directory window
2-Run a search for "toc"
3-Delete all toc files found by the search "all these files are 200MB only"
4-Open EA APP or STEAM and start repairing the game

According to your original issue,

The issue here in this thread about crashing to desktop upon loading specific map of 3 maps or between map changes (loading 1 of the 3) without a given error report or code after crash.
The steps I wrote is for solving that crash which is not your case. So, this fix is not for you; you need to visit a thread tied to your issue.
