Game Crashes to desktop without errors, issues with EAAntiCheatService

After the latest Winter Updates my game crashes randomly to dekstop without any warning or error messages.

Looking at the event viewer in Windows there are a bunch of errors involing the EAAntiCheatService

The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

EAAntiCheatService
ExitType: 95 (253)

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table.


I've tried to repair the anti-cheat using the installer available on this EA Help page.
I've also verified the game files on steam and it found 3 corrupted files (around 32 MBs)

Sadly I'm still getting the random crashes.
I can be in the game (lobby/match) for around 10-15 minutes before the game crashes.

Any idea?
