I gotta be honest your grammar is horrendous. With that out of the way i’ve had very similar issues, only beginning when i upgraded from a ryzen 5500 to a 5900x. I made a user.cfg file parking it on half my cores/processors and enabled the ultimate performance power plan via command prompt and got rid of them. I run process lasso to balance my cores. I also updated to the newest nvidia drivers for my 3060 and installed the battlefield 6 patch driver they realeased. The patch driver applies to a few games, released november 19th i think (dont quote me). If your cpu usage is spiking everytime your fps drops try this
