Game is completely broken for me, doesnt load into a game

So I never got to play the beta... every time id load a game it would search, connect then send me back to the main menu, because of this i never purchased the game. REDSEC comes oit and I think I will try again... still doing the same thing months later. The game searches, connects then as I think im loading in I end up back at the main screen. My connection is fine every other game on my PS5 works. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times since REDSEC released and same thing is happening. Can't find any fixes online nut seeing others habe had the same issues on reddit feeds. 

How can a problem from the beta still be an on going issue now? 

Im sure there are quite a fee people who would of potentially bought and plaued battlefield simply just to level guns and get used to mechanica for battle royale where micro transactions would benefit the games long jevity amd competition against rival games.

Genuinely disappointed the game looks good. I've had to un install it though most I got to see was the firing range 😅
