game is laggy, data pack loss and over 140ms

the game lags with a time/speed icon in the upper left corner over 140 ms and i get three little boxes in red and three bigger boxes. makes the game unplayable.  been like this since season 3

must be a bug or something on your end    my internet is fine, watch movies no problem and play other games just fine. its the game its self and you guys haven't fixed nothing and its getting frustrating . making me loses time and makes me feel my money is getting wasted
