Game is unplayable with the mouse input lag

My game is absolutely unplayable when using KB+M. It becomes a stuttery mess even though the FPS are rock solid.

No fix that has been suggested works and somehow this is not really being aknowledged by EA which makes me fear t will never be fixed. What gives? No way I'm going to play such a game with controller
