HELP, Low FPS CPU with Ryzen 9

I am having an issue that just started 2 days ago out of nowhere making the game unplayable.  As far as I can tell something may be going on with the cpu which shows low fps in the display.  I've updated bios and the gpu to current versions.  Obviously tried restarting for like 5 times so that's not going to work and other games don't have issues like this.  I tried lowering the settings to the lowest and this still didn't impact that cpu in the picture.  Anyone else start randomly having this?

Well took it to the shop I bought it and they said it has to go back and have the cooling addressed so guess that must be my issue and will probably be the fix.  I don't have these issues on my lower end computer so it's my side.

Well,WELL WELL  I think anyone who's been using computers for a while knows the concept of CPU overheating, especially when running Battlefield. Now I'll ask you a question, assuming you're ignoring another problem. Are you aware of the concept that Battlefield uses a lot of CPU? And that a lot of people out there with the latest-generation Ryzen 9s are having problems? Or do you think user.cfg is the cure-all?

'd like you to wear something, you hard of hearing and eyesight. Battlefield overheats CPUs!!!

Please raise your heads! You are not ostriches!

Huh? my r7 9800x3d have usage on 30% with temps like 50c. My old 7 5800x have higher temps than this new cpu with same cooler ( 65c-70c)

    Well, buddy, you're lucky

because there are those who spent more or have a bigger one than you and have a problem

and this guy is only one with the 9950x3D at 70/80%

If you want, I'll show you other 9950s that have even 90% or more of use.

Do you know what this is called?

    I don't know how to use frostbite!😆
