I did not receive the Assalt skin from the California Resistance Challenge.

Hello everyone.

I bought BF6 and then the Season 1 Battle Pass. I completed the entire California Resistance Challenge sequence and didn't receive the Bad Neighborhood Heist skin. I received the other items normally, except for that skin, which is precisely the one I want most from the pass.

Attached are screenshots showing that I completed all the challenges and that even so, when I tried to use it, it was still blocked, stating that I had to complete challenge 10, which was already completed. Since that challenge ended yesterday, I didn't receive it, and today it's showing as unavailable.

I would like the technical team to resolve this problem as soon as possible so that I can use the skin.
