Incorrect Server Routing to Santiago, Chile Causing Severe Lag (UK Player)
Since launch, I’ve been consistently routed to the Santiago, Chile tenancy despite being based in the UK. This results in extreme lag, ghosting, and packet loss, making the game unplayable. My IP and EA account are both UK-based, yet matchmaking ignores regional proximity and defaults to Santiago servers.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Click on COG icon and can see in bottom right I am connected to Chile.
Makes playing multiplayer virtually impossible until this is resolved.
