***Lack of Support - Still Can't play the game***

I have been unable to play since launch, and none of the official support steps have fixed the issue.

Here is what I have already done (please do NOT paste the same generic instructions again):

✔ Verified files (multiple times)
✔ Clean reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat / Javelin directly from game folder
✔ Enabled Secure Boot in BIOS (confirmed ON in System Information)
✔ Added Exploit Protection overrides to BOTH game.exe and Javelin launcher
✔ Clean GPU driver install + toggled HAGS + tested stock clocks
✔ Closed ALL overlays and monitoring tools (Discord, Steam overlay, RTSS, etc.)
✔ Cleared EA App cache, launched via EA App and via Steam
✔ Tried DX11 launch option, updated BIOS, repaired VC++ and DirectX runtimes
✔ Well above recommended hardware specs

I even refunded on EA App and **rebought on Steam following EA’s own guidance**. Still crashes **right after anti-cheat at the splash screen every single time.**

I have opened tickets, posted in multiple threads, and tagged community leaders. **Not a single person from the support/dev team has provided actual assistance beyond copy/paste scripts.**

At this point, I need this issue escalated to someone who can actually investigate the crash (developer, QA, or tech specialist).

📌 Please advise how I can get in contact with REAL technical support or provide logs/dumps to someone who will review them.

I paid for this game twice and still cannot play it. I just want to get it working. Thank you.

update your motherboard bios, disable rgb software temporarily and any monitoring software like rivatuner/afterburner etc, enable secureboot if not enabled make sure above 4g decoding in your mobo settings is enabled also resizeable bar enabled

The anti-cheat loads, and then the black screen pops up as if it’s going to the splash screen, and then it just shuts the game down and goes back to either the EA app or the Steam app

    What's the issue itself?

The game wont launch entirely? Crashes on Startup? Says you don't have secure boot disabled?

Tell me about this, Available OS Memory: 98066MB RAM. Do you have 3x32gig or 4x24gig installed? Just find this odd. Is there a possibility you normally have 128gig and you have one either faulty or badly seated?

Have the same problem as you, cant even describe how stressful it is. Seems like we are being ignored and i dont see anyone else with a big presence talking about it in the community.

The amount of troubleshooting ive done just for the game to crash everytime it opens is absolutely insane

  • So, update, just spoke with Chat Support. They were not able to provide any information or support. They said they were the technical support, but each time I had to explain what the issue was and then I would get transferred... 4 times. No one asked for any details about my rig, offered any support tips... just we will send this to the bug team, and they will get to it when they can...

Here is my rig details, please if anyone is using the same components as me, are you having issues?
