Linking a Different EA Account PlayStation Account.

Is it possible to link my main EA account I’ve been using for my pc and Xbox for the past decade to my PlayStation account even though it tells me it can only be linked once in a PlayStation account life’s time. I really don’t feel like sacrificing an account to accommodate another’s and quite possibly losing hundreds of dollars spent and gameplay progress.
